Lieutenant General Hidayat ur Rehman (Retired) served over three decades in the Pakistan Army. Alongside field command, he brought a strong academic and training dimension to his career, serving as an instructor at the Command and Staff College, Quetta, and later as Chief Instructor at the National Defence University, Islamabad, reflecting over 35 years of combined military, strategic, and institutional experience.
