Seminar Report | ‘Syed Ali Shah Geelani: His Struggle & Legacy’

The seminar report is based on a memorial reference titled ‘Syed Ali Shah Geelani: His Struggle & Legacy’ organized by IPS in collaboration with Legal Forum for Kashmir (LFK) to pay tribute and homage to the Kashmiri leader on his first death anniversary. The report views that the legacy of the founder of Hurriyat Conference not only serves as a symbol of Kashmiri resistance and freedom struggle, but also as a reminder that the struggle for the right to self-determination requires a firm commitment to the cause and that the destiny of Kashmir and Kashmiris lies with Pakistan.
