Inaugration of Feroza Hasham Hall

Recognizing the support provided by Feroza Hasham (FH) Foundation, a private and family trust, in facilitating the construction of the seminar hall at the new IPS premises the Institute held a special ceremony on Sep 29, 2011.

Recognizing the support provided by Feroza Hasham (FH) Foundation, a private and family trust, in facilitating the construction of the seminar hall at the new IPS premises the Institute held a special ceremony on Sep 29, 201. Chief guests in the ceremony were Mr. and Mrs. Feroza Hasham while IPS Council member Amb. Akram Zaki presided over the session.

In his remarks, Mr. Hasham lauded the efforts IPS is making in promoting research and research culture in the country and expressed hope that the policy makers would benefit from institutes such as IPS in the process of policy formulations. He paid tributes to IPS team and its leadership for the achievements IPS has so far made. Mr. Zaki while thanking the FH Foundation, on behalf of IPS NAC and Board Members, noted in his remarks that Muslim intellectuals should work to restore their lost legacy and bring out an intellectual renaissance. Earlier DG Khalid Rahman introduced and welcomed the guests.
