About the Author:
Khalid Rahman is chairman of the Institute of Policy Studies, Islamabad, a leading Pakistani think tank. He has more than 35 years of experience in research, training, and management. He is the author and editor of over forty scholarly books and serves as editor of Policy Perspectives, a respected academic journal. He has contributed extensively to television and radio programs and has presented his views and research papers through national and international media as well as at numerous conferences and seminars in Pakistan and abroad. As a professional trainer, he is frequently invited to conduct programs for professional organizations, universities, and youth groups. He has traveled widely across both the East and the West in connection with his academic and research activities.
