Indeed a very enthralling and eloquent analysis carried out. The review regarding the defense chunk in the budget, tobacco tax exemption, no real intention to make a strong macroeconomic structural change and especially BISP short term benefits represents an independent self-driven analysis . Well said that the budge 2018 will only prove to be an account keeping book.
