Mr. Zachary Katznelson is an American lawyer, currently Legal Director at Reprieve, a UK based charity working for people facing the death penalty.  He represents 28 prisoners being held by the US government at the infamous Guantanamo Bay, including one Pakistani, Saifullah Paracha. Mr. Katznelson delivered his talk at IPS on June 04, 2008.
