Nuqta-e-Nazar – the decades old IPS’ journal – has been revived under the editorship of Dr Safir Akhtar after a lapse of six years. The recently published 39th issue of the journal is dedicated to the contributions of great polymath Maulana Shibli Nomani.
It merits a mention here that being brought out diligently by Dr Akhtar since 1996-97, the periodical offers in-depth reviews and commentaries on Islamic books in Urdu.
