Join Us: As Sponsor

IPS has been able to achieve sustained growth without compromising its objectivity and independence. IPS welcomes your interest in sponsoring its activities which are meant to building a brighter tomorrow through promotion of sound policies based on empirical research.

You may become a sponsor by donating an amount of Rs. 50,000/- (USD 700) or more annually. This will be a highly valued contribution which cannot be reciprocated; yet IPS will be pleased to offer following benefits for its sponsors as a token of thanks:

Complementary delivery of all IPS publications including IPS Periodicals and IPS News.
Invitation and entry to all academic seminars free of cost, keeping in view your interests and specializations
Access to in-house briefs, IPS library and other research resources
Right to introduce one person as member without any charges and with all benefits
Update information about activities and projects of IPS

You may also sponsor an event to help IPS in its cause. IPS holds around 30 to 40 seminars, lectures, roundtables and conferences every year. Cost of each of such events ranges from Rs. 20, 000 to Rs. 100,000 depending on the nature and contents of the program. Similarly IPS coordinates research work and translations by local and foreign scholars and involves logistics, honorarium etc. You may also sponsor research projects of this nature.

You may even sponsor a publication. IPS publishes a number of books and research papers every year and their cost ranges from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 600,000 depending on the volume and quality of the book. You may also sponsor reprint of any book, report or research paper that you have found useful.

Other options of limited cooperation and sponsorship may include donation of books and computers to IPS library, payment of day to day expenses, contributions to staff welfare fund, scholarships for researchers etc. and may be discussed through further correspondence .

Membership of this Institute will not only enable you to contribute in promoting high standard research and policy analysis and developing a knowledge based society but you will also be entitled

to receiving a complementary copy of all IPS journals, publications and newsletter.
You will also be preferably invited to academic seminars on the topics of your interest.
Your entry to all paid seminars and workshops will also be complementary.

All you have to do is to contribute Rs. 15000/- per annum (or equivalent). We shall make sure that your contribution proves to be beneficial not only for you and the Institute but also for the whole society and the mankind.

Join Us: As Research Associate

IPS welcomes all those who share its vision and are willing to join hands by making contribution in any form in promoting policy research in Pakistan. The team of associates mainly consists of experts, academics, young and mid-career scholars and researchers who join IPS on honorary basis. While senior associates have an opportunity to share their experience and knowledge and disseminate their ideas through IPS seminars, conferences and periodicals and publications, IPS facilitates and guides young scholars who wish to excel in the field of research in their academic endeavors on topics of mutual interest.

Along with Associates contributing in Research Activities, there are Associates who may not have a direct role in research but share vision of IPS and wish to contribute towards its development and are making their input in their respective areas of expertise such as Planning, Management, Human Development etc.

IPS welcomes all those who share its vision and are willing to join hands by making contribution in any form in promoting policy research in Pakistan. Human Development through capacity building is one of the primary goals of IPS. IPS hosts internship programs to provide learning opportunities for limited number of carefully selected students or fresh graduates in its research areas.

You can contribute through your skills and expertise in research activities being currently undertaken at IPS. IPS welcomes and appreciates your offer for voluntary services in all connected areas to its research activities including editing, translation, transcription and composing etc.

IPS has been engaged in close and effective coordination with a number of institutions since its inception. While IPS has been in collaboration with Universities of Peshawer and Punjab; University of Management and Technology (UMT) Lahore; National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA); International Islamic University (IIU) Islamabad and its Da’wah Academy; Allama Iqbal Open university (AIOU) Islamabad; Riphah International University (RIU), Islamabad; World of Islam Trust, Institute of Strategic Studies (ISS) Islamabad; Chambers of Commerce and Industries of Peshawer, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi and Gujrat in connection with various research activities.

We remain open to join hands on institutional level. Joint seminars, workshops, field studies and research on topics of mutual interest may be planned after necessary deliberations.
