IPS represented in CICA forum

Lead Coordinator, Irfan Shahzad, participated in an International Forum of National and Cultural Centers with Participation of CICA (Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia) member countries, held in Astana on July 2, 2015.

Lead Coordinator, Irfan Shahzad, participated in an International Forum of National and Cultural Centers with Participation of CICA (Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia) member countries  held in Astana on July 2, 2015.

He delivered a presentation on the topic of “CICA and Cultural Cooperation” and was also a co-moderator in one of the sessions.

The forum was organized by the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan (APK) and “Kogamdyk Kelisim” (Republic State Institute, under the President of Kazakhstan) in collaboration with CICA on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of APK.

The academic event brought together a large number of scholars, diplomats, officials and political leaders from CICA member countries.
