The author must have collected all the data about all the aspects pertaining to the problems, the existing situation and the requirements of the downtrodden province. The recommendations by the author must be taken by both Federal and Provincial Governments. The required funds should be provided to improve the standard of living of people of Balochistan. The author has pointed out and highlighted the requirements in a very well laid out and very suitably worded article.
